5. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose your personal data to:
- Our data intermediaries and service providers (such as Pixieset, Google and Microsoft) who process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Members of our trusted crew network (photographers, videographers, lighting technicians, production assistants and creative specialists) where necessary to deliver a project you have engaged us for.
- Law enforcement, regulators or other authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Transfer of data outside Singapore
Some of our service providers, including Google and Microsoft, may store or process your personal data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is protected to a standard comparable to the protection under the PDPA.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry and client data is generally retained for the duration of our working relationship with you, and for up to seven years thereafter for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Website analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
8. How we protect your data
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel who need it to perform their duties. While we make every effort to safeguard your data, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year.
- Request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdraw your consent for us to collect, use or disclose your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual restrictions.
- Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
We will respond to your request within 30 days as required under the PDPA. A reasonable fee may apply for access requests, in line with PDPA guidelines.
