1. What services does NIN9 Studios offer?

NIN9 Studios is a Singapore-based creative studio offering professional photography and videography across weddings and celebrations, corporate and commercial shoots, events, portraits, family sessions, product photography, podcast production, film production, and live broadcast services. If you have a specific project in mind, reach out and we will let you know how we can help.

2. Do you provide both photography and videography?

Yes. We offer both photography and videography and often package them together for weddings, events, and commercial projects. This means one aligned creative team, one shared vision, and a consistent look across every final asset.

3. Do you shoot corporate events, headshots, and commercial work?

Yes. Corporate photography, executive headshots, gala coverage, conference documentation, and full commercial productions are among our most requested services. We work with brands, agencies, and enterprises across Singapore to build scalable media libraries.

4. Do you shoot weddings and celebrations?

Yes. Wedding photography and videography is one of our core specialties. We cover intimate ceremonies through to multi-day celebrations, delivering cinematic storytelling that captures the emotion of the day, not just the schedule.

Once we've discussed your requirements and confirmed availability, we'll issue a written confirmation to formalise your booking.

6. Do you require a deposit?

No. We do not require any deposit to secure your booking. Payment terms will be communicated to you before your shoot and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

7. What are your rates?

Every project is tailored, so we don't publish fixed prices. Once we understand your scope, deliverables, and timeline, we build a package designed to suit your goals. Contact us for a personalised quote.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer via PayNow and FAST, and other payment methods as agreed on a case-by-case basis. Payment details are provided together with your invoice.

9. Do you provide an invoice or receipt?

Yes. A proper invoice is issued for every booking, and a receipt
is provided upon payment. If you require a specific format for
your company's accounting or claims purposes, let us know.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

10. Where are you based, and do you travel for shoots?

We are based at 44 Kallang Place, #05-10 Four Star Building, Singapore 339172. At the moment, we mainly take on shoots within Singapore. We would love to travel for shoots in the future, but for now we are focusing our work locally.

DELIVERY AND FILES

11. How long does it take to receive my photos or videos?

Turnaround time depends on scope and complexity. Simple shoots may be delivered within one to two weeks, while larger productions such as weddings, events, or multi-day commercial work may take longer. We provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of booking and aim to deliver ahead of schedule where possible.

12. What is included in the final delivery?

You will receive fully edited high-resolution digital files, delivered via a secure online gallery or download link. Raw or unedited files are not included by default, as our editing is an integral part of the final creative work.

13. Can I request additional edits or retouching?

Yes. Minor adjustments to the delivered files are usually included. More extensive retouching or re-editing, such as significant colour changes, composite work, or additional revisions beyond what was agreed, may be quoted separately.

USAGE AND COPYRIGHT

14. Can I use the photos and videos on my website and social media?

Yes. Clients may use the delivered images and videos for personal or agreed commercial use in accordance with the terms of our service agreement. We ask that you do not alter, filter over, or remove any watermarks or credits where these have been applied, and we appreciate a tag or credit to @nin9studios where possible.

15. Do you retain the copyright to the photos and videos?

Yes. In line with industry practice and Singapore copyright law, NIN9 Studios retains the copyright to all photographs and videos we produce, while granting you a usage licence for the agreed purposes. Full details are set out in your service agreement.

16. Can NIN9 Studios use my photos in its portfolio or marketing?

We would love to feature our work in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials. If you would prefer that your photos or videos not be shared publicly, please let us know in writing before or during your shoot, and we will respect your request.

WEATHER, CHANGES, AND PRIVACY

17. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand plans can change. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Specific rescheduling and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.

18. What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

For outdoor shoots, we monitor the weather closely and discuss backup plans with you in advance. This may include rescheduling to a nearby date, moving to an indoor or sheltered location, or proceeding with the shoot if conditions permit. Rescheduling due to weather does not incur additional charges.

19. How do you handle my personal data?

We handle your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
